eleven choices™
Learning from those who have successfully navigated through their own life changing moments, we’ve developed a framework of eleven choices™ to help create your own guidance system for life. The programme explores the choices you have available to you, your thought patterns, your limiting beliefs, your strengths and passions.
workshops
You can learn about a host of different subjects that will help you through changes in your life. Our current workshops include The Power of Positive Thinking, Self Discovery Through Meditation and The Gentle Art of Self Healing. You will enjoy learning with like minded people and from coaches eager to share their knowledge with you, so count on picking up plenty of tips and tools to help you.
share days
A share day is a gathering of people who come together for a combination of social interest and learning. A share can last anywhere from 3 to 4 hours or be an all day event, it all depends on how many people are in attendance.
talks
